What is Pinoy Relief?
On November 8th, 2013, Typhoon Haiyan hit the Philippines with a force 1.9x stronger than Hurricane Katrina and 2.9x stronger than Hurricane Sandy. Over 14 million people were affected and over 6,000 lives were lost. More than one month later, more than 4 million people are displaced from their homes, including 1.7 million children and youth.
